1. What FAFO Is (And Isn't)

FAFO ("Forecast Actions, Forecast Outcomes") is an AI-powered entertainment and decision-exploration tool. It generates speculative forecasts about the potential consequences of actions you describe.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. FAFO is not equipped to handle emergencies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using FAFO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app. Simple as that.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FAFO. If you're under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Account

• • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• • One account per person. Don't create multiple accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FAFO to:

FAFO includes a safety classification system that may refuse, redirect, or flag certain inputs. Attempting to circumvent these safeguards may result in account suspension.

6. AI-Generated Content

• • All forecasts are generated by artificial intelligence and are speculative in nature.
• • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate despite our safety measures.
• • You should not rely on FAFO forecasts as the sole basis for making important life decisions.
• • The FAFO Score is an entertainment metric, not a scientifically validated risk assessment.

7. Intellectual Property

FAFO, its branding, design, code, and AI systems are owned by FAFO and protected by intellectual property laws.

• • You retain ownership of the text you submit (your confessions).
• • AI-generated forecasts are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use.
• • You may share or screenshot your own forecasts, but you may not resell or redistribute them commercially.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAFO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from decisions made based on AI-generated forecasts.

In plain English: if you use a FAFO forecast to justify a terrible decision and it goes badly, that's on you. We told you the consequences. You chose to FAFO anyway.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in behavior that threatens the safety or integrity of the platform. You may also delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app's Settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we'll notify you through the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of FAFO shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
